Frequently Asked Questions
Got Any Questions? We'd be happy to answer them! If you don't see your question here simply email us at info@adventurekidscamp.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Adventure Kids is open from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. You will be charged $1.00 per minute per child for every minute past 5:00 that you are late. This should be paid directly to the staff member that stayed past closing to care for your child. We use Adventure Kids’ clock to verify the time.
Unfortunately, we do not allow tours before the start of the camp season. For those families wishing to visit camp before opening day, staff will be available on the Friday before camp starts. Feel free to stop by for a tour and to meet some of our terrific staff members. For first time campers, a pre-camp visit often helps ease anxiety over starting something new.
In the mornings we have a drop-off line where campers are met by a counselor. That counselor will check them in for the day. The drop-off line is operational until 9 AM. After that Parents/Guardians will need to walk their camper in.
Parents/Guardians are primarily responsible for picking children up from camp. A Director will sign your child out upon departure. If other arrangements are made, the Director or Assistant Director must be notified with the name of the individual picking up your child. Please remind the person picking up your child that they will be required to show proper identification.
Yes. Our cut off date is August 31st. As long as your child is either 6 or has completed Kindergarten before August 31st, they will be able to attend any week at camp.
Adventure Kids does not provide optional childcare (instead of attending the field trip) on field trip days. Campers are not required to attend the trips, but weeks do not become prorated based on that decision. Field trips are an additional fee that covers fees involved in the camper's attendance.
Unfortunately, we do not accept POC at this time.
Adventure Kids Tax ID number is 01-0617191.
We do not. Adventure Kids operates on full-week programming only unless previously stated for the Fourth of July Holiday.
